Time trail: Časovka na Bradlo 2023
We can’t miss Časovka na Bradlo even this year. Time trial for individuals uphill, starting on September 16 from Námestie gen. M. R. Štefánika in Brezová pod Bradlo to Cairn of M. R. Štefánik. The race is dedicated to Ján Nosko who had lived in Brezová pod Bradlom, a passionate cyclist and one of the founders of the Bradlo Bike cycling club, who unfortunately died in 2021 as a result of falling from his bicycle. Registration of competitors will take place on the main square, and the performance of individuals will be measured by a professional time tracking. It will start in minute and half minute intervals to avoid unnecessary collisions.
Facilities for cyclists and race visitors will be created in the Chata Bradlo area, under the Cairn of M. R. Štefánik, where refreshments and an accompanying program will be provided.
The competition will be held in three categories:
road time trial: 4.4 km
MTB time trial: 4.9 km
e-bike MTB time trial: 4.9 km
An elevation gain is 268 meters on all routes
A total of 12 age categories will be evaluated on both routes (road + MTB):
♥ from 15 years – 17 years junior men and women
♥ from 18 years – 29 years men and women
♥ from 30 years – 39 years men and women
♥ from 40 years – 49 years men and women
♥ from 50 years – 59 years men and women
♥ from 60 – and more men and women
In the e-bike MTB category, the following will be evaluated:
♥ e-bike Pedelec men
♥ e-bike Pedelec women
